Pick 4 Combination Breaks the Bank

Lottery officials are reporting that yesterday’s Midday Pick 4 results of 1-9-5-7 broke the bank – and then some.  The better-than $1 million prize payout was more than three times the amount wagered by players on the drawing.

“Number combinations derived from birth years are popular with our players,” said Carole Everett, the Lottery’s director of communications.  “Whenever the first two Pick 4 digits are 1 and 9 we know to expect a significant payout.”  This afternoon’s Pick 4 payout marks the second time this month that a winning number combination broke the bank.  The winning Pick 3 numbers on August 15th , 6-6-6, also paid out more than it brought in.

I can’t win nothing on anything the Maryland lottery has. I played keno the other day 500.00 played 3 numbers every game, and couldn’t win nothing. I have never won a scratch ticket not even a dollar. I have played pick 3 and four but nothing. Montgomery County never has big winners most of the big winners are in Baltimore or PG County. I’m tired of giving my money to the maryland lottery. I been play for over 30 years never even won a dollar.
