Bonus Match 5 Delivers $50,000 to Lucille Park Truck Driver

Wesley Davis, Sr. - Bonus Match 5

Truck Driver Wesley Davis, Sr. claims his $50,000 Bonus Match 5 prize.

Uses Family Birthday to Pick Winning Numbers

Wesley Davis, Sr. stopped by Lottery Headquarters today carrying one of his lightest cargos in years. The truck driver, who normally transports refrigerated truckloads of fruits and vegetables to grocery stores up and down the east coast, brought with him only a small slip of paper – a Bonus Match 5 ticket. That ticket delivered a lucky $50,000 win on Monday night.

The 56-year-old resident of Baltimore’s Lucille Park neighborhood is a regular Lottery player, a fan of all the games (although Bonus Match 5 is his current favorite). His big win has his mind going a million miles a minute. “I got zero sleep last night,” he told officials. Mr. Davis plans to pay bills and begin looking for a new car. His Lottery luck found him at the 7-11 convenience store at 5129 Reisterstown Road in Baltimore.

How does the Maryland Lottery verify the identity of the winning jackpot Mega Millions ticket holder who has decided to remain anonymous?

Does the Internal Auditor play a role in validating the authenticity of the jackpot winning Mega Millions ticket??

Has the Maryland Lottery been able to hire an Internal Auditor yet? Is that position still vacant?

Is there any rule to stop Stephen Martino and Carole Everett from belonging to the Three Amigos who just took an anonymous lump sum payout from the March 30 Mega Millions jackpot winner sold in Maryland?

Can a Mega Millions ticket without the winning numbers printed on it still be turned in to claim the jackpot?

Unless the rules have been changed, the answer is YES, – that is possible.

According to one version of Mega Millions rules = if a Mega Millions ticket can be validated, but there is a discrepancy between the numbers printed on the ticket and the numbers shown in the computer file for that ticket, then the numbers shown in the computer file will control.

If John Gallagher can change the Maryland Lottery computer file for one losing Mega Millions QuikPik into the jackpot winner, then thats all thats needed for John, Carole and Stephen to become Three Amigos.

Did they purchase a total of $60 worth of tickets from 3 different locations for the March 30 Mega Millions draw?

Or did they purchase all $60 in tickets at the Baltimore Liberty Road 7./11?

The questions above are in regards to the Three Amigos.

Which of the Amigos work 2 or more full time jobs? Do the public schools allow their elementary teachers or their special education teachers to hold down 40 hour/week jobs in addition to their 40 hour/week classroom positions?

When will the Maryland State Legislature reach a critical level of concern over the director of the State Lottery?

Have they seen the ruling issued last week involving a lawsuit filed against the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission? The lawsuit derives from an action taken by the Kansas Commission when the Executive Director was the man who is Maryland Lottery’s current director.

Have they given any thought to Maryland Lottery director’s comment about …the Three Amigos indulged in a little laugh over Mirlande Wilson…?

Reports about Mirlande Wilson and winning MegaMillions tickets had become a magnet for cruel comments using vulgar racist and misogynist terms and imagery. Maryland’s Lottery director has never attempted any rebuke of the vulgarity used against Mirlande Wilson which can be found posted throughout the media.

His comment about the Three Amigos laughing about Mirlande Wilson has only served to condone the extremely shocking attitudes expressed against her. And his comment has signaled the association of Maryland Lottery with approval of such crass and unacceptable racist imagery.
