Plwgofast: Not necessarily. Our goal is to always sell through a game so players can win the prizes associated with each game. However, at times prizes do go unclaimed. Prizes that are unclaimed go into what we call the “unclaimed prize fund” and as required by law go back to the players in the form of promotions such as Keno Sprinkler and more.

Waiting2Win: Winning numbers have always been – and will continue to be – purely the luck of the draw and a matter of random chance. Numbers drawn for each of the Lottery’s daily drawing games are arbitrary. Every time a ball is drawn, it is an independent and unique event, completely unaffected by what ball was drawn seconds, hours, days, or weeks earlier. Good luck as you never know when a particular number set will come up.

To address your scratch questions, Livin’ Lucky is sold out. Players Club was removed from retailers in favor of other $20 scratch-offs. There are preliminary plans to relaunch it next spring. Stay tuned for details.

Looking for locations that sell Double Whammy
in the Eastern baltimore County area.

    Thanks…

Want to spend more on scratch offs.

Dave: Can you send me a specific zip code?

  • Bernie

Roulette has no winner I brought 15 tickets at one time and had no winner nothing not even $3. They I went to another location n purchase 5 still nothing. I ask people who buy scratch offs and they has not anything on that game either. Please explain when every three should win something.

Bernie: Winning tickets are distributed randomly throughout an entire game. You can reference the ratio of winners on the back of the ticket. If the average chance of winning a prize is 1:5, this does not mean there is an automatic winner within every five consecutive tickets. There is no pattern as to where winning tickets will occur. Just as the possibility of purchasing a winning ticket exists, it is also possible to buy multiple tickets back-to-back without receiving a winner at all. Like all Lottery games, scratch-off results are purely the luck of the draw and are simply a matter of random chance. In addition, the odds on the back of the ticket are the ‘overall odds,’ which is best described as the ratio of winning tickets to non-winning tickets from all tickets printed for the game.

I won $ 500 on a Roulette scratch!! So they are out there!

        • steve

“Geographical location” and “timing (winners come out later in distribution)” determines MOST winners on those Scratch Tickets. Its a fix and impossible to prove. STOP playing them. Sucker’s game!

I purchased several lucky times 20 tickets several months ago and have not been able to cash in my $40 win due to the tickets being stuck together, part of the bar code is stuck on one of the other tickets. I spent way over $40 just to win $40,and would really like to receive my winings.
Can you please explain the options that are available for me.
