    • mdlottery

      J. Blair: Unfortunately, Livin’ Lucky is in final claim status and we don’t know if or where any books still exist. Good luck.

  • neka

Are there more winniners in the ticket machines than tickets sold by the registers in stores?

    • mdlottery

neka: No. We have no idea where winners will pop-up. Good luck!

  • Thomas Donovan

I am trting to find Livin’ Lucky scratch-offs in the Baltimore area; especially the northeast area, (21204, 21206, 21212 21213, 21214, 21218, 21234, 21236, 21237, 21239, 21286, 21093.) What is the pct. sold and where to purchase? Thank you.

    • mdlottery

Thomas: Unfortunately, Livin’ Lucky is in final claim status and we don’t know if or where any books still exist. The game is 99.3% sold. Good luck.

      • Thomas Donovan

I’ve popped in dozens of lottery retailers checking for Livin’ Lucky’s…no luck…got last 7 at New Cimino’s in Govans July 12th. By the way they need a new printer or ink for their terminal tickets…hard to scan them for winners. I hope you have my 94 code entries for Livin’ Lucky Prizes?… maybe the $250,000 winner is in 180 books reserved for them… and how would one be able to enter codes from Aug. 8th Lucky Prizes for Lucky Cash Prizes the same day as deadline? Also I don’t cash in my scratch-offs right away could it be someone is holding the $250,000 winner now and your prize remaining stats are skewed?

        • mdlottery

Thomas: Livin’ Lucky is in final claim status which prohibits us from knowing if any books remain on the street. We don’t know where the $250,000 winner is until someone comes into claim the prize. The information on the website is only updated if and when a prize is claimed. A lot of players have been hunting for it so hopefully it’s sometime soon. Stay tuned to mdlottery.com for winners information if and when it happens.

  • Dan Davic

WHere can the hot 5 scratchoffs be located in the 21113 area. I have checked from here to Ocean City and back. Thanks

    • mdlottery

Dan: Try Lucky’s Superette at 1101 Odenton Rd.

  • bill

Correct me if I am wrong. Why is that on average whey u hear of someone winning big money . The tickets are sold in the county and not the inner city .

    • mdlottery

bill: Thanks for writing in. We get this comment a lot. People living in Baltimore believe all the winners are elsewhere and vice versa. Truth is the geographic locations of our winners are all random. There is no way to predict where the winners will be. However, research tells us that more winners come from areas of the State in which more people are playing. Please take a look at our winners stories. There you’ll see that we have winners from all over the State.

  • http://google charlotte shirley

Why do I get a feed error when I pick the scratch off option on the Md lottery website.

    • mdlottery

Nora: I would suggest closing your web browser and restarting it.

      • http://www.mdlottery.com Nora

The error below is the one that I keep receiving; I even went in to change/update my Internet options, restarted the web browser and tried to check the scratch off page again and still received the same error.

‘Internet Explorer was unable to update this feed and will try again later.’

        Thanks for your help.

        • mdlottery

Nora: Thank you for the reply. I will address with our programmers as well to see if we can pinpoint the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Annie M.

Where can I find Lucky Living tickets in the 21244 or 21207 area ???

    • mdlottery

Annie: Try Dogwood liquors at 6900 Dogwood Road.

      • Rick

I called Dogwood Liquors and they are sold out. Do you know where any Living Lucky tickets can be purchased in the Baltimore Metro area? If the $250K prize is not awarded after all tickets have been sold, will it be included in a 2nd chance drawing?

        • mdlottery

Rick: Unfortunately, Livin’ Lucky is in final claim status and we don’t know if or where any books still exist. Good luck.

If the $250,000 prize is not claimed it will go into the unclaimed prize fund. By law all unclaimed prizes must go back to players in the form of products or promotions such as Keno Sprinkler or the Double Play Contest to name a few.

  • Antoya Green

If the prizes for the livin’ lucky codes are $300 worth of livin’ lucky tickets, isn’t there a chance that the last top prize is in the amount that you plan to distribute to the prize winners of these codes? And if that’s the case, is that really fair considering that we are going out to buy these tickets, when you could very well be holding them.

    • mdlottery

Antoya: We do not have prior knowledge to where prizes are located so that is a possibility.

  • Nicole

What are the stats for the 10 x the cash scratch off ?

    Thank you

    • mdlottery

Nicole: 10x Cash is 41% sold. You can find the prizes remaining on the scratch-off page here.

  • Rose

What is the percentage sold for platinum rewards?

    • mdlottery

Rose: Platinum Rewards is 89% sold.

  • Ozzie Neff

Where can I find Fantasy Fortune tix in 20735 zip?

    • mdlottery

Ozzie: Try 7-11 at 9705 Brandywine Rd.

  • Carolyn

What’s the significance of the Hot Five? Are they really hot or just those with the fewest number of tickets left? For example, Lucky Times 20 – will I have a better chance of getting that last $1m ticket?

    • mdlottery

Carolyn: The Hot Five is a monthly feature where we select games that have very low inventory remaining in retailers with amazing prizes remaining.

  • george

When will the June 23rd Livin Lucky 300.00 ticket winners be posted to the website?

    • mdlottery

George: Winners will be posted today. Sorry for the delay.

  • paul farragut

I have been an occasional scratch off player for a number of years but am confused about the final prizes for the living lucky and high roller tickets. Your staff says they are not being distributed anymore yet two $250,000 prizes remain. By now someone should have claimed the prizes. Can you explain. Thank you
    Paul

    • mdlottery

paul: What our retailers mean by this, is books of tickets are no longer in inventory in our warehouse. All inventory has been distributed to retailers for sale. A small percentage of books still remain for sale. We won’t know where the winner is until a players comes in to claim the prize. Good luck in finding it.

      • brenda

How long do the merchants keep these old scratch off’s in inventory? If they are that old doesn’t the lottery keep track of what merchant still has tickets and if so, why isn’t this info made to the public via this website? I’m sure the lottery keeps track of who has what left. Another question – how come I have yet to see a number I play everyday for the past 8 years straight in the evening never come out? It’s very frustrating to play and never win. Motto- you got to play to win well, I never win. Does the lottery keep track of the percentages of a certain number played and that’s why it has never come in?

        • mdlottery

brenda: These are all good questions.

We do keep track of where scratch-off’s are located. Retailers keep inventory that they have requested until they have sold it or until the games closing date, which ever comes first. There are instances when inventory is moved from retailer to retailer to help sell a games through or spread the inventory evenly. I love your idea of putting a searchable database on our website to help players find games. I will definitely add it to our list of potential improvements for future development.

As far as winning numbers go, they have always been – and will continue to be – purely the luck of the draw and a matter of random chance. Numbers drawn for each of the Lottery’s daily drawing games are arbitrary. Every time a ball is drawn, it is an independent and unique event, completely unaffected by what ball was drawn seconds, hours, days, or weeks earlier. In addition, each ball drawn has the same exact chance of being drawn as any other ball in the machine, at any point in time. To get a historical perspective, please feel free to use our Numbers Search or Numbers Archive.
