Billyd501: “Final Claim Status” means that all books are out in retailers and we have no way of knowing when and if the game sells out. We learn that the top prizes have been sold when winners come into claim their prize.

If for some reason the final claim date comes and goes and the top prize is not claimed, the prize goes into what we call the “unclaimed prize fund.” By law this fund must go back to the players in the way of promotions and 2nd chances. We use the unclaimed prizes to fund promotions like Keno Sprinkler, the Double Play Contest, Redskins Mega Power Promotion going on now and more.
