is there an app available for scanning the bar codes especially on terminal tickets for entry into My Rewards . Data entry of each ticket is very time consuming.

    • mdlottery

There currently is not one available, but we have plans in the works.

    Hi Bonnie,
It seems “The Canopy” is still open but under new ownership. As for getting his business on the page, our partner company actually works with another company called Entertainment which has a database of businesses which we don’t actually select. But, looking into Entertainment may be something your husband might want to look into.

Hi KB, when did you join My Lottery Rewards?

    • KB

Within the past few days – maybe yesterday when I posted the question. I got the bonus because now I have 260 after adding all of my tickets. Thanks for responding, -K

You are able to use any non-winning scratch off or any winning or non- winning terminal ticket. For terminal tickets, you have to enter the code in the box labeled “Rewards Points Code” (tickets dated before 6/23 will not have this box and are not eligible). You can find where to get codes from scratch-offs at https://rewards.mdlottery.com/howitworks, within the third box. Hope this helps! Let us know if you need further assistance.

ok another question. Will the 5000 monthly max ever be raised?

    • mdlottery

We currently do not have any plans on raising the point limit.

    Hi Danielle,
We apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is normal procedure through My Lottery Rewards. If you do not have access to a fax machine, there are fax services that you can look into online.

  • Jenn M

How long will the rewards program be in effect. We want to save for a big reward

    • mdlottery

      Jenn,

Md lottery Can you enter tickets you have before this started I save all my tickets or do they have to be tickets after promo started

    • mdlottery

Unforunately, you cannot enter tickets that were dated before June 23. Rewards codes were only printed on terminal tickets once this started.

  • John A. Roscoe

Where do you go to place your tickets as far as the rewards codes?

    • mdlottery

John, if you haven’t already, please sign up for a My Lottery Rewards account here. Once your account is confirmed and you are logged-in you can enter codes under the “Enter Tickets” tab.

Since this has started the Multi-Match $10 Tickets no longer print barcodes on the bottom so players can’t check out their tickets at the terminals. They either have to check them on-line or have the store clerks manually enter the 17 digit ticket number or similar number. Many retailers don’t know how to manually check the tickets and I usually have to go to a different retailer to have them checked manually. I usually check my tickets on-line, but sometimes check them in the self service terminals at the retailer locations. Please put the barcodes back on the tickets. There have been a few instances where the cashier “mis-read” the prize amounts or $113 winner read as $13 or a $545 winner “mis-read” as $54. Fortunately I asked them to check again because I had previously checked the numbers on line.
Also, can you please perform regular Preventive Maintenance on your equipment. Many retailers have tickets that are hard to read because of light ink, the automatic kiosks are down a lot, and the Kiosk at the Sheetz in Maugansville has been broken for over a year. At that Kiosk, when you put in a winning ticket, the kiosk stamps the ticket, then jams and the machine has to be reset. It is almost like the stamper mechanism is not resetting after each cancellation stamp.
    Thank You

We realized this was an issue, and it has since been corrected. Any $10 Multi-Match tickets you purchase from now on will have the bar-code on the bottom. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. As for the specific store issue, I have forwarded the name of that store over to our sales department so they can investigate the issues with the terminal.
