No more bicycling to work for Metal Money Mania scratch-off player

Metal Money ManiaGetting to work on winter mornings will no longer mean bicycling through snow and ice for a Parkville man, who just claimed the $100,000 top prize on a Metal Money Mania scratch-off.

Look for him behind the wheel of a brand new vehicle in the very near future!

This lucky Maryland Lottery player racked up the second major win of his lifetime by playing the new $10 scratch-off that arrived in Maryland stores on Jan. 27. The 51-year-old bought the ticket on Jan. 29 and is the first to claim a top prize. Five more $50,000 winning tickets are in the stores along with 21 $10,000 winning tickets and 49 $1,000 winning tickets.

His first large Lottery win of $100,000 went for another good cause: buying his house! This loyal Lottery player works as a cook in the family business, which is a Chinese and American restaurant in Baltimore.

He found his Lottery luck at the Taylor Avenue Citgo at 900 Taylor Avenue in Baltimore City.
