Affection for Scratch-Offs Pays Off for Millersville Man
Wins $50,000 3-D Jackpot Top Prize
 

(Baltimore) – Timothy Legrand took home the grand prize on the 3-D Jackpot scratch-off this morning. The Millersville man was running errands in preparation to go on vacation when he purchased the winning ticket. “I had won $20 on another ticket  and so I stopped and bought $20 worth,” said Timothy, who is a big fan of scratch-off games.  

The Millersville man took his tickets to his truck and scratched them right there in the parking lot. “I was shaking. I’m still shaking,” said the 36-year-old. Timothy, who is laid off from his work as a carpenter, said that he is able to breathe a little easier now since his big win. “I’m going to pay off my truck and it will take care of some debt.” On a more festive note, Timothy will use some of his prize money to purchase a ring for his fiancée.

The winning ticket was purchased at Sunflower Shell, located at 8078 Ritchie Hwy. in Pasadena.
