Subscriptions can only be obtained by Maryland residents. If you send in a subscription
form and are not a Maryland resident, your subscription application will be returned. A
subscription is not valid until the effective date listed on the applicant's subscription
membership card. This subscription membership card is sent by the Lottery Agency after the
application and payment have been received, accepted and processed.
