Winning tickets sold in Baltimore and Prince Frederick

There are two new millionaires in Maryland after last night’s Powerball drawing. Although the drawing did not produce any jackpot winner, a second-tier winning ticket was sold in both Baltimore and Prince Frederick. Both tickets missed winning the $40 million jackpot by only one number.

The winning tickets were sold at Royal Farms located at 4384 Hollins Ferry Rd. in Baltimore and Ken Mar Liquors, located at 1525 Solomon’s Island Rd. in Prince Frederick. Winners have 182 days to claim their prizes and must come in person to the Lottery’s Claims Center at 1800 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore.

After the jackpot failed to produce a winner, Saturday’s drawing is now worth an estimated $50 million with a $31.4 million cash option.
