Upper Marlboro Man Wins $10,000 Livin’ Lucky Internet Promotion Prize

Thursday, April 22nd, 2010

Keith Presson - Livin' LuckyKeith Presson has been entering Livin’ Lucky scratch-off Lucky Codes into the Internet Promotion since last May.  All of that typing finally paid off when he received a phone call from a Maryland Lottery official last week telling him that he won $10,000.

The 52-year-old and his wife, Debbie, couldn’t stop smiling today at Lottery headquarters.  “Our son and daughter-in-law just moved into a new house,” said Keith, who has been a bus operator in the Washington, DC area for 31 years. “Now, we can get them a really nice housewarming gift.”  Along with the gift, the winner plans to pay some bills.

The Livin’ Lucky Internet Promotion is a bonus contest available to all players who purchase a Livin’ Lucky scratch-off ticket. Approximately every two weeks, six winners are randomly selected to win $300 worth of Livin’ Lucky scratch-offs. In addition, $10,000 prizes are awarded for every 10% of the ticket sold and a $100,000 grand prize will be awarded at the close of the game.

To enter the contest, players scratch the Lucky Code on the bottom, right-hand side of the Livin’ Lucky ticket and enter the code online at mdlottery.com/lucky.  Players must hold on to the perforated portion of their ticket with the Lucky Code and present it to claim their prize.

The Livin’ Lucky scratch-off still has three instant $250,000 and five instant $10,000 prizes remaining.
