Winners hail from Owings Mills and Harford County
Two lucky players found $10,000 top-prize winning tickets in the 10x Cash scratch-off game that debuted July 25. The popular $10 game still has 103 top prizes remaining, along with more than 500,000 prizes of $10 to $1,000.
A lucky Owings Mills woman is planning her next shopping trip, thanks to her top prize. The 39-year-old says she needed new glasses and shoes and can now get those items and much, much more. She bought her lucky instant ticket at the Woodmoor Shell station located at 7001 Liberty Road in Baltimore.
She rarely plays Lottery games and is still in shock over her much-needed win.
The second winner of the week hails from Harford County. The regular scratch-off player won the largest Lottery prize of his life when the third line of his 10x Cash ticket revealed a “10X” symbol and a prize of $1,000. The 57-year-old purchased the lucky ticket when he stopped for gas at Jarrettsville BP, located at 1755 Jarrettsville Road in Jarrettsville.
Prior to the $10,000 win, his top Lottery prize was $5,000 on a Monopoly scratch-off a couple of years ago. The lucky winner said he plans to use his 10x Cash prize to pay for home improvements.
