Check Your Tickets For Cash4Life Prizes

Maryland Lottery’s newest game produces three $2,500 winners in Feb. 4 drawing

Check your tickets if you played the Maryland Lottery’s newest game, Cash4Life, on Thursday, Feb. 4: Three people in Maryland won $2,500, and 21 others won $500.

If you have a winning ticket, the Lottery recommends that you sign the back of it and put it someplace safe until you are able to claim. Winners of the $2,500 prizes can claim at any of more than 300 Expanded Cashing Authority locations, or at the Lottery’s Customer Resource Centers in Baltimore and Lanham. The $500 prizes can be claimed at any Lottery retailer in the state.

Cash4Life made its debut in Maryland on Jan. 28, with a top prize of $1,000 a day for life and a second-tier prize of $1,000 a week for life. Maryland joined New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Tennessee in the Cash4Life game, which is drawn on Mondays and Thursdays. Players select five numbers from a range of 1 to 60 and one Cash Ball number from a range of 1 to 4.

Match all six of the numbers drawn to win the top prize. Match the first five numbers without the Cash Ball to win the second-tier prize. Seven other prize levels range from $2 to $2,500.

While there were no top-prize or second-tier-prize winners in the Feb. 4 drawing, there were 29,560 winning Cash4Life tickets sold in Maryland. The next Cash4Life drawing comes on Monday, Feb. 8. Drawings are held at 9 p.m. each Monday and Thursday and can be viewed live on the Cash4Life page of mdlottery.com.
