Bawlmer’s big hair and poodle skirts are back! Come on down to Hampden for the 23rd annual Honfest 2017, a one-of-a-kind two-day Baltimore tradition. We’re looking for fun hons to photograph with members of our Maryland Lottery team so bring your friends to our booth. Spin our famous prize wheel for the chance to take home great prizes and buy your favorite Lottery games.
