Head to Carroll County for this fun fall festival, which includes live music, food trucks and other vendors.
When you weary of listening to the outstanding music of The Amish Outlaws, Doc Marten & the Flannels or the Jimmy Charles Band, crab walk over to the Lottery booth for more fun and games. Learn about our holiday scratch-offs, holiday FAST PLAY games and our holiday second-chance promotion that could make you a cash prize winner! Our team will love to tell you all about our Ravens scratch-offs and the fabulous second-chance promotion that could make you a season ticket holder for 20 years!
Line up to spin our prize wheel (ages 18 & up) to win a great souvenir of the day. Before you leave our booth, be sure to take a photo with us to celebrate your winning smile and show off your Lottery souvenir. We’re looking forward to seeing all of our Lottery fans in person! We’ll open at 10 a.m. to welcome those with early admission tickets.
