The World is Your Oyster Fest

Bring your appetite and your love of bivalves to the B&O Museum for this inaugural event. We’re celebrating 10 billion oysters planted in the Chesapeake Bay! Proceeds benefit the Oyster Recovery Partnership.

Join the Maryland Lottery and other vendors offering delicious local food and drinks as well as entertainment. Watch an expert-led Shuck Like a Pro tutorial to master the five steps to shuck oysters safely. Take home a shucking kit to show off your newfound skills at home. Cheer on competitors trying to win $100 in the First Oyster Shucking Competition.

Ready for more fun? Stop by our booth to spin our famous prize wheel (ages 18 and up). Talk with our events team about current and upcoming games and promotions and pose for photos with your Lottery souvenir. We hope to see you there!
