Westminster Wine Stroll

SAMPLE LOCAL WINES, savor delicious food, dance to live music and spin the Maryland Lottery’s famous prize wheel at the Westminster Wine Stroll in Carroll County. This spring festival set amidst historic buildings offers something for everyone.

Visit the booths of 10 wineries and distilleries. Dance to live musical entertainment including the John Frase Project, Twenty Dollar Prophet, Late Night Record Shop and Kanye Twitty. Two DJs also keep the tunes spinning all day.

For fun and games, stop by our booth and take a spin (ages 18 and up) on our prize wheel. Pose for a photo with your Lottery souvenir. Talk to team members about our 50^th anniversary games and second-chance promotions. You can also get answers to your Lottery questions. Everybody walks away a winner!
