UPDATE – March 4, 2013
Congratulations to David Colson from Woodbine, winner of the $40,000 second-chance prize from the first 40 Rubies drawing.
Theodore Bond from Towson, Carrie Burt from N. Potomac and Samuel Tucker, Jr. from Glen Burnie each walked away with $4,000! Prizes were revealed on March 2 at the debut of the Maryland Lottery’s “40 Years/40 Stories” exhibit at the Baltimore Museum of Industry.

The first 40 Rubies second chance drawing took place on Wednesday, February 13th. The winners are:
- David Colson from Woodbine – $40,000
- Theodore Bond from Towson – $4,000
- Carrie Burt from North Potomac – $4,000
- Samuel Tucker, Jr. from Glen Burnie – $4,000
Winners are guaranteed to take home at least $4,000, but one lucky person will walk away with $40,000! Prizes will be revealed on March 2 at the debut of the Maryland Lottery’s 40 Years/40 Stories exhibit at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. All winners and a guest are invited to join the Maryland Lottery for the evening, where they can join in the fun and find out just how much they’ve won!
