Retailers in Anne Arundel, Carroll, Frederick counties sell $10,000 winners
Four winners visited Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore this week to claim the following $10,000 instant ticket prizes:
A Frederick man and a Pasadena woman each won $10,000 on their Winter Ice Multiplier tickets. The scratch-offs were sold at Ballenger Creek Pike Exxon, located at 5870 Ballenger Creek Pike in Frederick; and in Anne Arundel County at Geresbeck’s Food Market, located at 7931 Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie. The holiday-themed $10 ticket launched Oct. 23, and six of its $100,000 top prizes remain unclaimed, along with 21 more $10,000 prizes and thousands of other prizes ranging from $10 to $1,000.
Another Frederick resident was a $10,000 winner on another holiday-themed ticket – Gifts Galore – which she purchased at the Giant Eagle Supermarket located at 1275 West Patrick Street in Frederick. The $2 Gifts Galore ticket also launched Oct. 23, and three more of its $10,000 top prizes remain unclaimed along with five $5,000 prizes and thousands of additional prizes ranging from $2 to $1,000.
Winter Ice Multiplier and Gifts Galore are joined by three other 2017 holiday-themed instant games, and players can enter any non-winning 2017 holiday scratch-off into the Warehouse Dash second-chance contest through Jan. 18, 2018. Twelve winners will be randomly selected to receive a trip to Chicago and a 90-second dash through a warehouse full of prizes. The contest will also award cash prizes or books of scratch-off tickets to 250 additional winners.
The 4 Way Cash ticket delivered a $10,000 prize for a Hampstead woman. The Carroll County resident found Lottery luck at the Giant Food store located at 405 North Center Street in Westminster. The $2 ticket launched on Sept. 25, and six of its $10,000 top prizes remain unclaimed along with all seven of its $7,000 prizes and thousands of additional prizes ranging from $2 to $1,000.
