Claims top prize on Strike It Rich scratch-off
A lucky 63-year-old Anne Arundel County resident came home with big money after purchasing a Maryland Lottery Strike It Rich scratch-off.
The winner, who claimed his prize this week, bought the $5 instant ticket at Chesapeake Liquors located at 6720 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. Along with becoming a lucky Lottery retailer because of the big sale, the store gets a bonus of $500 from the Lottery for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off in the game.
Strike It Rich went on sale in late February and the game’s popularity has left it with only two remaining top prizes. Hurry and try your luck if you want to strike it rich, too! Or, try one of the other “rich” games available in stores such as the $10 Red Hot Riche$, the $10 $250,000 Rich and the $30 $2,000,000 Richer with top prizes of $100,000, $250,000 and $2,000,000.
