Trang Chau, a 39-year-old mother-of-two came into Lottery Headquarters this morning, overjoyed about her Blackout Bingo top-prize win. After buying her ticket, Chau checked them in her car and couldn’t believe what she saw. “Even though I saw what the ticket said, I still wasn’t sure,” she said. The first person she told the great news to was her husband, who also did not believe her. To be safe, the two checked the ticket multiple times before bringing it in to claim.
With her winnings, the manicurist plans to start a college fund for both her 11-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. She also plans to take all of her family out to dinner. Trang’s winning ticket was purchased at Royal Farm, located on 4308 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore.
