Claims Red Line Bingo Tripler top prize
Maryland Lottery players are often extremely loyal to particular games. Joyce Smith of Bel Air is a prime example of player dedication. A big fan of the Lottery’s bingo-style instant games, she picked one Red Line Bingo Tripler scratch-off out last week that delivered her a $30,000 prize.
Joyce recently bought a few Red Line Bingo Tripler scratch-offs to play at home. The retired AT&T employee scratched the winning ticket and was thrilled to see that it was a $300 winner. Or, was it?
“My friend and I took a second look and realized it was actually $30,000. I could not believe it.” They had quite a celebration, Joyce said. “I was thrilled, but I didn’t get too crazy because a part of me didn’t think it was real.”
Joyce has no definite plans for her winnings, though she plans to take some of it on a previously-planned trip to Las Vegas. She found her Maryland Lottery luck at the 7-11, located at 5 Bynum Road in Forrest Hill.
