MGM National Harbor (101 MGM National Avenue in Oxon Hill) and Live! Casino (7002 Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover) are also able to cash winning Lottery tickets up to $25,000.

Lottery winners of any prize can redeem their tickets our headquarters, located at 1800 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore. Any ticket worth more than $25,000 must be redeemed at Lottery headquarters.

All of the Maryland Lottery’s 4,400+ retailers are authorized to cash winning tickets for amounts up $600. Of those, there are approximately 350 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations which have received authorization from the Lottery to redeem winning tickets worth up to $5,000. A list of XCAP retailers is available on the How to Claim page of the Maryland Lottery website.

While Hollywood Casino, MGM National Harbor and Live! Casino are able to redeem Lottery prizes up to $25,000, all six of Maryland’s casinos are XCAP locations and are able to pay prizes up to $5,000.
