Winners of all Maryland Lottery games have 182 days to claim their prizes at Lottery headquarters, located at 1800 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore. The Customer Resource Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the winners may arrive at any time during those hours.
If the winners do not come forward to claim their prizes in time, the Lottery will deposit the prize into its Unclaimed Prize Fund, which helps to pay for the second-chance contests and promotions to benefit players.
If you are the winner and have questions about the claiming process, information is available on the Lottery’s website (click here) or call headquarters at 410-230-8800.
