Wins Green Bucks $100,000 Scratch-off Prize
Lunch was anything but ordinary for a Dundalk man one day last week, when he decided to add a Lottery ticket to his normal midday meal order. That ticket, a Green Bucks scratch-off, added a great deal of excitement to his afternoon and every day since.
An employee at a Giant grocery store, our lunch-time winner is an occasional Lottery player, buying a ticket or two a week. When he stopped by a nearby store for his afternoon snack that particular day, something just told him to play. “I eat there all the time, but I never get my tickets there,” he said. “I had a $10 bill in my hand so I picked a $10 ticket.” Upon scratching his Green Bucks game he knew immediately something was different. “I was sure that I was seeing things,” he reported. “I asked the cashier to look at it and he confirmed it – I was completely shocked.”

With his long-time girlfriend’s birthday just around the corner he’s decided to keep the news of his Lottery luck under his hat. “She’s given me some great gifts over the years. I want to make this one very special for her.” After the celebration he’ll use some of his winnings to take care of bills. The winning ticket was purchased at Beverage Depot, located at 7705 Harford Rd. in Baltimore. There are still three $100,000 top prizes remaining on the Green Bucks ticket.
