Claims $100,000 Winter Ice Multiplier Prize
A Baltimore City woman is starting the new year off right by cashing in a $100,000 winning top prize Winter Ice Multiplier scratch-off ticket .
“The very first number I scratched revealed a $100,000 prize,” the excited woman told Lottery officials. “I’ve never won more than $100, so when I saw this prize, I couldn’t believe my eyes.”
The 65-year-old immediately signed the back of the winning ticket, and placed it in sealed envelopes before bringing it to Lottery headquarters.
With her prize, the grateful winner plans on paying for her granddaughters to attend driving school and purchasing some new furniture for her home.
The winner purchased the $100,000 winning ticket at her favorite retailer, Kim’s Food Market. The lucky store is located at 1240 E. Eager St. in Baltimore. The retailer also has a reason to celebrate. For selling the $100,000 top-prize ticket, they will receive a $1,000 bonus.
