Wins $30,000 with Red Line Bingo Tripler Scratch-off
While out for a walk with her son last Sunday, a Fells Point woman had what could be described best as a lucky feeling and decided to buy a few scratch-offs. In the past, the woman’s lucky feelings have led to several significant prizes. It’s a good thing the woman went with her gut feeling because the Red Line Bingo Tripler ticket she purchased was worth $30,000.
When she got to the bottom of her Red Line Bingo Tripler ticket, the lucky woman noticed one of the last bingo grids had a visible pattern. First she had a line, then four corners and then an ‘X,’ winning the $30,000 prize. A mixture of shock and disbelief took over from there. “I asked my son if he could pinch me,” said the winner.
Her son, who came into Lottery headquarters with her, told Lottery officials this win was almost too unreal to believe. “But, it’s not a dream, it’s a reality,” said her son.
The winner plans to use her winnings to pay for roof maintenance and other needed home repairs. The winning ticket was purchased at the 7-11 convenience store, located at 1020 Park Avenue in Baltimore.
