Purchased winning Ravens scratch-off at M&T Bank Stadium
Pasadena residents Kelly and Mike Cox buy at least four Ravens scratch-offs at M&T Bank Stadium, prior to each home game. After the game, Kelly puts the non-winning tickets in a pile at home so that she can eventually enter them into the Ravens second-chance contest. This past Saturday, Kelly was entering the tickets into her My Lottery Rewards account and she noticed that she had a $10,000 winner.
After seeing a 20x multiplier on one of the tickets, the 48-year-old looked a little closer and saw that the ticket had a $500 prize. She quickly asked her husband Mike to do the math and that’s when they realized they were $10,000 richer.
“As soon as we saw the ticket was a $10,000 winner, we hopped in the car and drove to the nearby liquor store to check the ticket,” said Kelly. “They told us that it could not be cashed there and that’s when we knew this was for real.”
Kelly and Mike, who have been married for 29 years, kept the ticket in a firebox at home until they were able to bring it to Lottery headquarters today. The only people they have told about their lucky ticket are their two daughters. The happy couple plan on saving their winnings and putting the money in the bank.
Although she is quite excited about her win, Kelly still hopes that one of her non-winning Ravens scratch-offs entered into the Ravens second-chance contest will win her season tickets for 20 years or one of the other Ravens-themed prizes.

You can stop by the Lottery booth on Ravens Walk to purchase tickets and spin the Lottery prize wheel. If you don’t have a chance to stop by the booth, tickets are sold in the tailgating parking lots and inside the stadium.
