Prizes of $10,000 or more cashed out at Maryland Lottery HQ in Baltimore
Three Maryland Lottery players claimed prizes of $10,000 at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore this week and one picked up a $12,500 Keno score. Two of the three $10,000 winners did so on the $20,000,000 Cash Payout! scratch-off game.
On Jan. 24, a player from Glen Burnie playing Keno at the Crofton Exxon, 1276 Route 3 South in Crofton, hit for $12,500 with a $3 7-spot bet for one draw. The wager included the Super Bonus multiplier option. For selling a winning Keno ticket of $10,000 or more, the gas station receives a bonus of $125 from the Lottery. The bonus is equal to 1 percent of the prize total.
On Jan. 25, two scratch-off players claimed their $10,000 prizes on the $20,000,000 Cash Payout! game. One winner was from Takoma Park and bought the winning $10 ticket at Maple Market located at 7605 Maple Avenue in Takoma Park. The other winner hailed from North East and bought the winning ticket at the Sunoco A Plus gas station at 2391 West Pulaski Highway in North East.
Last but not least, a player from Hancock redeemed a $5 Bingo Plus instant ticket worth $10,000 on Jan. 31. She bought the scratch-off at Sheetz #43 located at 192 West Main Street in Hancock.
