This was the first time the instant ticket fan saw this game at his favorite retailer and he bought the game to see if he could win. Having won $10,000 to date on Lottery games, the Montgomery County man believed that anything was possible. Not only did he win, the lucky player found the first of the six top-prize scratch-offs in the game.
The 43-year-old winner plans to enjoy the prize and put it into savings. For selling a $50,000 top-prize scratch-off in the game, 7-Eleven #11666 located at 900 Merrimac Drive in Montgomery County receives a $500 bonus from the Lottery.
