Repeat Keno Winner Cashes in for $200,000

7-Spot Plus Super Bonus Pays Off Big

KENOWinning is nothing new to this 51-year-old Laurel man.  Last year, he won Keno prizes on numerous occasions.  This year may have started off slow as far as he’s concerned, but his most recent win of $200,000 is his largest Keno win to date.

The lucky winner has had a goal in sight for a while and is determined to reach it.  “I will be the first $1 million Keno winner in Maryland,” he confidently told Lottery officials.  “Just wait, I’ll be back!”

The real estate professional only plays Keno when he has a feeling that he is going to hit.  This time, the father-of-eight played $20 on a 7-spot Keno game with the Super Bonus, making it a $60 ticket. The Super Bonus multiplier landed on four times, multiplying his $50,000 win to equal $200,000.   The Keno Super Bonus launched on June 1, 2009.  Players who choose the Super Bonus have a chance to multiply their winnings up to 20.

The winning ticket was purchased at Laurel Park Liquors, located at 13600 Baltimore Ave. in Laurel.
