The good friends claimed the top prize on the Lottery’s Club Casino instant game after working as a team to bring in their big haul. One lucky player picked the game, provided the cash and specified the day to visit his favorite Lottery retailer. The second player followed directions, bought the ticket and scratched it.
The male half of the team had already mastered the recipe for small Lottery scratch-off wins. A frequent scratch-off player, he is enjoying a run of good luck with the Club Casino instant ticket. The man likes to play at least once a week and tries to stay on a lucky scratch-off schedule. When he discovered he had to travel outside Maryland, the loyal player turned to his friend for help.
“I gave her the money and told her the ticket I wanted,” the man said. “It was just something to do on my list of errands before leaving town. I didn’t think any of this (winning) would happen.”

Members of both of our families were there,” she said. “I was elated when I saw the prize. Both families celebrated.” She called her friend and, after a few minutes, convinced him they won!
The lucky Frederick County man plans to share his winnings with his family and his Lottery partner. He also may make a down payment on a home. For selling the top prize-winning ticket on the Club Casino scratch-off, the retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery.
