Rockville Resident Nabs $50,000 Multiplier Scratch-off Prize

Finds big win on the 20X The Cash game

A Bethesda Lottery retailer was home to a top-prize winning 20X The Cash scratch-off that delivered a $50,000 top prize to a lucky Montgomery County man.

The 62-year-old Rockville resident claimed his prize at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore, taking home the fourth of nine top prizes in the $5 game.

The 20X The Cash game is a member of the Multiplier Family of Games that went on sale in January. The game also features a second chance to win. Players can enter non-winning Multiplier Family of Games scratch-offs through My Lottery Rewards for a chance to win additional prizes of $2,500 to $40,000 in the Multiplier second-chance promotion. Upcoming entry deadlines are April 6 and May 18.

Also in the money is the lucky Lottery retailer that sold the top-prize winning scratch-off. Auburn Exxon located at 7975 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda will receive a $500 bonus from the Lottery.
