Lottery seeks winner in Oct. 6 drawing
We’ve got a winner! The Maryland Lottery is looking for the lucky player who bought a 5 Card Cash ticket from KC Liquors in Rosedale that was a $100,000 top-prize winner in the Oct. 6 drawing.
Check your ticket to see if it matches the five winning cards drawn: Ace of Spades, 2 of Clubs, Queen of Diamonds, 5 of Clubs and Queen of Clubs. If you matched all five cards, you won $100,000!
Lottery officials recommend the player sign the back of the winning ticket and keep it in a safe place until claiming the prize. The winner has 182 days to claim it and must come in person to Lottery headquarters at 1800 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore.
The lucky retailer is a winner, too. For selling the top-prize ticket in the game, KC Liquors located at 8200 Pulaski Highway in Rosedale earns a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery.
This is our first top-prize winner in the game since March. 5 Card Cash is a poker-style terminal game using a 52-card playing deck. The $2 quick-pick game has an instant-win feature, with prizes up to $10,000. Players can win up to $100,000 if their cards match the randomly drawn cards in the nightly drawings. Players win the $100,000 top prize by matching all five cards drawn.
