Congratulations to Carol Mitchell from Catonsville, winner of the $40,000 second-chance prize from the second 40 Rubies drawing.
Thomas Humphries from Parkville, Sharon Lafferty from Halethorpe and Danny Loudermilk from Dundalk each walked away with $4,000! Prizes were revealed on May 18 at Wine in the Woods.

The second 40 Rubies second chance drawing took place on Wednesday, May 1st. The winners are:

- Carol Mitchell from Catonsville – $40,000
Winners are guaranteed to take home at least $4,000, but one lucky person will walk away with $40,000! Prizes will be revealed on Saturday, May 18 at Wine in the Woods in Columbia, MD. All winners and a guest are invited to join the Maryland Lottery for the evening, where they can join in the fun and find out just how much they’ve won!
