Severn, Towson Retailers Sell Top-Prize Bonus Match 5 Tickets

Doubler promotion could boost wins to $100,000 each

A pair of Maryland Lottery Bonus Match 5 players will have an extraordinarily happy Friday when they check their tickets from the Thursday, April 23 drawing. We’ve got not one but TWO top-prize winners!

And, because the Lottery has a Doubler /Taxes Paid promotion under way for Bonus Match 5, those two $50,000 top-prize tickets could be worth $100,000 if the word “Doubler” is printed on top of them. Both winners will enjoy having taxes paid on their prizes.

Check your ticket if you bought it at Telegraph Liquors located at 7741 Telegraph Road in Severn or E-Z Convenience at 6825 Loch Raven Blvd. in Towson.

The winning numbers are 3, 7, 24, 35 and 36; the Bonus Ball was 12. Lottery officials urge the winners to sign the back of the tickets and put them in safe places. The winners have 182 days to claim their prizes and must do so in person at Lottery headquarters at 1800 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore.

The retailers are also winners! The Lottery will give the stores a bonus of $500 for selling the lucky tickets, and will double the bonus to $1,000 if the tickets carry a Doubler message.

These are the 14th and 15th Bonus Match 5 top-prize wins in 2015.

Bonus Match 5 drawings take place seven days a week. Players select five numbers ranging from 1 to 39. The Bonus Ball drawn from the remaining 34 numbers provides extra chances to win. Your ticket is a winner if you match five, four or three of the original five winning numbers selected in the drawing. If you match the Bonus Ball number, you only need to match four, three or two of your original numbers to win!
