This morning, second-chance winner Betty Burnett came to Lottery Headquarters to claim her Cruise for Cash nine-night cruise vacation. Burnett was determined to win a cruise, as she played the ticket over 80 times. After finding out at work, she was in total shock. “After I received the phone call, I got off the phone and let out a huge scream. My co-workers thought something was wrong,” she said with a laugh.
