Players across Maryland won nearly $32.3 million during week ending Dec. 19
A Powerball ticket worth $2 million was sold Dec. 15 in Jessup, and four other winning tickets worth $100,000 or more were sold in Beltsville, Frederick, Silver Spring and Sparrows Point — all part of the Lottery’s winning mix for the week ending Dec. 19.
As of Dec. 20, the $2 million Powerball prize remained unclaimed, as did a FAST PLAY prize worth $166,334 on a ticket sold Dec. 13 in Frederick.
In all, 25 players across the state won or claimed prizes of $10,000 or more, and the Lottery paid nearly $32.3 million in prizes in the seven days ending Dec. 19.
Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
