The Week in Winners: Big Prizes in Baltimore, Columbia, Havre de Grace, Highlight the Week

Players across Maryland won or claimed $28.4 million during the week ending Oct. 11

Three $100,000 top-prize-winning $100,000 Extreme Cash scratch-offs purchased in Baltimore, Columbia and Havre de Grace topped this week’s list of the Maryland Lottery’s biggest wins.

In addition, one $57,777 scratch-off prize, one $50,000 scratch-off prize and one FAST PLAY Money Multiplier prize of $50,000 were delivered on tickets sold in Baltimore, Silver Spring and Rockville, respectively.

In all, Lottery players won or claimed more than $28.4 million in the seven days ending Oct. 11, including 28 tickets worth $10,000 or more that were either sold or claimed during that span.

The Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore is open by appointment only. Lottery prizes up to and including $25,000 can be claimed at five of Maryland’s six casinos with no appointment necessary. The Maryland Lottery encourages players to check their tickets by scanning them at any Lottery retailer or with the Lottery’s mobile apps. Draw game winners have 182 days from the date of a drawing to claim their prizes, and scratch-off winners have 182 days from the announced end-of-game date, though there is a grace period for tickets that expire during the COVID-19 state of emergency.
