$22.5 million in prizes won in the seven days ending Nov. 3
Maryland Lottery players won or claimed nearly $22.5 million in prizes from Oct. 28- Nov. 3, with two prizes of $100,000 won by scratch-off players in Denton and Rosedale. Also, while a $150 million Powerball jackpot was hit Nov. 2 on a ticket purchased in California, that drawing produced a $50,000 winner here in Maryland on a ticket purchased in Annapolis.
In all, 18 tickets worth $10,000 or more were sold or claimed in the seven days ending Nov. 3, including 13 scratch-offs and five draw game tickets. Here is the weekly roundup of prizes, including details about the two big scratch-off wins and the $50,000 Powerball score:
