The results are in, and the top Maryland Lottery YouTube winner’s videos of 2012 have been announced.
Gloria Sturgiss-Robinson takes the top spot with more than 10,200 views and counting after her emotional $30,000 Blackout Bingo top prize win.
Teen cancer survivor Nicholas Ruth came in second with more than 7,800 views after winning a $250,000 Mega Millions prize.
