Among the many lucky Maryland Lottery winners last week were three who claimed prizes in the $10,000 range at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.
A 43-year-old player from Alexandria, Va. bought a $5 Deluxe Crossword scratch-off at New Carrollton Liquors located at 8433 Annapolis Road in Hyattsville. The game delivered a $10,000 payday. All nine $50,000 top prizes in this new game are unclaimed along with 19 more $10,000 prizes and thousands of others ranging from $5 to $1,000.
A 70-year-old East Baltimore player secured a $10,000 score on $1,000,000 Blowout, a $20 scratch-off game. The lucky instant ticket was discovered at Jolly’s Food & Convenience Mart at 1500 North Monroe Street in Baltimore. Six of seven $1 million prizes remain unclaimed in the game, along with 13 $50,000 prizes and 48 $10,000 prizes.
Also, a Lutherville resident hit for $9,909 on a Racetrax Exacta wager. Playing at the BP gas station at 2202 North Rolling Road in Woodlawn, the lucky 46-year-old found a win with horses 12 and 11. Adding the Bonus multiplier option tripled the prize.
