Claim $50,000 prize in $5 game
Two lucky winners of the FAST PLAY Jack Frost Jackpot game arrived at Maryland Lottery headquarters on the same date to claim $50,000 they won nearly 30 days apart.
A 44-year-old Manassas, Va. man and 33-year-old Glen Burnie woman each won the game’s top prize. On the tickets, players hope to match five winter and holiday-themed winning symbols with symbols on their games to claim prizes from $5 to $50,000. They each matched three symbols in a row to claim the corresponding $50,000 prize.
The Virginia winner bought his ticket at 7-Eleven #34140 located at 21040 Henderson Corner Road in Germantown. The Glen Burnie winner’s ticket came from Mike’s Shell on 12523 Ocean Gateway in Ocean City. For selling a top-prize winning ticket of $50,000, both retailers earned a $500 bonus from the Lottery. The bonus is equal to 1% of the prize.
The $5 Jack Frost Jackpot game went on sale Nov. 2, 2020 and has 27 top prizes remaining.
