Which subscription would you like?

It’s easy. Choose between Multi-Match and Mega Millions. Then just sit back, relax and know that your numbers will be played for you, every drawing, automatically. So you’ll never miss the thrill of playing for big jackpots. You don’t even need to check your numbers because we do it for you.

With a Multi-Match subscription you can play your numbers for 13, 26, or 52 weeks. If you win, the Maryland Lottery will automatically send you your winnings (all $2 and $7 Multi-Match prizes will be sent to you in one lump sum at the end of your subscription).

To order a Mega Millions or Multi-Match subscription, complete the games corresponding application form, select your plan and numbers and return it in an envelope to the address listed on the form, along with a check or money order payable to the Maryland State Lottery.

With a Mega Millions subscription, you can play your numbers for 13, 26 or 52 weeks. Subscriptions are a fun and easy way to play Mega Millions. Here’s how to claim your subscription prizes:

Winners of a Jackpot Prize – Someone from the Maryland Lottery will contact you with instructions on how to claim your prize.

Winners of prizes from $15 to $600 – The Maryland Lottery will mail you a check within approximately three weeks after the drawing.

Winners of prizes less than $10 – You will receive one check at the end of your subscription for the total of all those prizes won.

Winners of prizes $600 and over – The Maryland Lottery will contact you to provide proof of your Social Security Number (SSN) prior to your winnings being mailed. Please allow at least 15 business days for processing from the date the Lottery receives a claim for any prize with a value above $25,000 (including receiving proof of your SSN). Winners of prizes over $600 have 182 days from the date of the drawing to provide proof of your SSN. Subscription holders receive a Subscription Membership Card, and your subscription is valid only for the drawing dates on that Card.
