Brew at the Zoo

GET WILD at this annual Maryland Zoo fundraiser! Join the Maryland Lottery and the zoo’s inhabitants on Memorial Day weekend for one of Baltimore’s biggest beer festivals.

Sample more than 80 local and national brew varieties with your souvenir tasting cup. Dance to live music played by three bands per day and shop from local artisans and vendors.

Want to mingle with the animals? Visit watering hole stations throughout the zoo to savor delicious drinks paired with animal activities such as an elephant watermelon smash. Other pairings feature vultures, penguins, leopards, rhinos and bears.

Even more fun awaits festivalgoers at the Maryland Lottery booth, where our events team is bringing fantastic giveaways to award to those who spin our prize wheel (ages 18 & up). Everybody walks away a winner! Talk with our events crew about our upcoming products and second-chance promotions. Be sure to pose for a Lottery photo with your friends and your Lottery souvenir before you return to the wilds. Event hours are 1-7 p.m. both days.
