That wager paid off to the tune of a $41,308 prize! The Prince George’s County resident bet that horses numbered 11, 3, 9 and 6 would cross the finish line in that exact order to win, which they did on the 17th of the 20 races on his ticket.
His lucky Lottery retailer benefits from the big win, too. For selling a winning Racetrax ticket worth $10,000 or more, Landover Hills Exxon at 6579 Annapolis Road in Landover receives a bonus of $413.08 from the Lottery. The bonus is equal to 1% of the prize.
