Thousands of Maryland Lottery players are kicking off the new year with some extra money in their pockets, and one of them is a new millionaire. More than 10,000 winning numbers were drawn today in the Maryland Lottery Holiday Raffle.
The $1 million winner is Ticket Number 136188, which was sold Dec. 8 at the 7-Eleven store located at 1801 Reisterstown Road in Pikesville. The number was randomly selected from 237,206 Holiday Raffle ticket numbers that were sold from Nov. 3 through Jan. 1.
In addition, 10 winning numbers were drawn to win $100,000 each:
- Ticket Number 032694, sold Nov. 11 at North Point Diner, 2701 North Point Road in Dundalk
- Ticket Number 050444, sold Nov. 16 at Riverside Sunoco Plus, 1319 Riverside Parkway in Belcamp
- Ticket Number 067928, sold Nov. 20 at Marlow Wings, 4147 Branch Avenue in Temple Hills
- Ticket Number 102467, sold Nov. 28 at Eddie B’s Market, 1006 Wilson Point Road in Middle River
- Ticket Number 134054, sold Dec. 7 at Westlake Wine, Beer & Deli, 10442 Autopark Avenue, Bethesda
- Ticket Number 160882, sold Dec. 16 at Roundabout Fine Wine & Spirits, 8305 Ice Crystal Drive in Laurel
- Ticket Number 186723, sold Dec. 22 at Food Lion, 9936 Stephen Decatur Highway in Ocean City
- Ticket Number 191929, sold Dec. 23 at Coney Market, 15915 Lower George’s Creek Road in Lonaconing
- Ticket Number 230525, sold Jan. 1 at Baker’s Tavern, 2233 Old Eastern Avenue in Middle River
- Ticket Number 230563, sold Jan. 1 at Royal Farms, 11073 Cathell Road in Berlin
Another 10,000 winning numbers were selected to win prizes ranging from $50 to $500.
A list of all winning numbers is available on the Holiday Raffle page at mdlottery.com, and the page also has a search tool allowing players to enter their ticket numbers to see if they are winners. Holiday Raffle tickets can also be checked by scanning them with the Maryland Lottery app, or at any Lottery retailer.
Tickets were $20 and were available at Maryland Lottery retailers across the state. Each ticket was sequentially numbered in the order it was sold, with the number printed on the ticket.
Three Early Bird drawings awarded $50,000 prizes prior to today’s final drawing, and all three of those prizes have been claimed:
- 24 Drawing: Sold at the 7-Eleven store at 700 Gaither Road in Rockville and claimed by “I’ll Be Back,” an anonymous Washington, D.C. resident.
- 8 Drawing: Sold at the Shell gas station at 5920 Moravia Road in Baltimore City and claimed by “Birthday Queen,” an anonymous Baltimore food service worker.
- 22 Drawing: Sold at Foods In at 12549 Mattawoman Drive in Waldorf and claimed by “Foods In Winner,” an anonymous retired government worker.
Winners have 182 days from today to claim their prizes. Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem tickets at the Maryland Lottery Customer Resource Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes up to $25,000 can be claimed at the cashier window of any of the six casinos in Maryland. Prizes up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
