The lucky player came into the Lottery Winner’s Circle with a copy of his instant ticket in hand and a smile on his face. The 71-year-old, who will celebrate his birthday this month, talked about saving his big win for a rainy day.
Lady Luck is one of the new King and Queen of scratch-offs, which went on sale in September. The $30 Cash is King scratch-off and Lady Luck game offer top prizes of $2 million and $250,000, respectively and have hundreds of thousands of prizes awaiting discovery.
Also celebrating the lucky win is 7-Eleven #23753. The Lottery retailer located at 4000 Ritchie Highway in Anne Arundel County receives a bonus of $1,000 from the Lottery for selling a winning instant ticket worth $100,000 to $1 million.
