Powerball Ticket Sold in Nottingham Wins $50,000 in May 20 Drawing

Someone’s holiday weekend is already off to a great start thanks to a Powerball ticket sold in Nottingham that matched enough numbers for a $50,000 win.

The third-tier winner was sold at the 7-Eleven store at 4139 East Joppa Road in the Baltimore County community.

The Powerball numbers for the May 20 drawing are: 10, 28, 30, 46, 57, with a Powerball of 25.

The Nottingham winning ticket matches four of the first five white ball numbers drawn, plus the red Powerball for the win. Also picking up smaller wins in Maryland on May 20 were 23 players who hit for $100 each and over 8,200 players who won $4 to $7 each.

Lottery officials urge the winners to sign the backs of their tickets and put them in safe places. Winners have 182 days to claim their prizes.

Instructions for claiming prizes are available on the How to Claim page of the Lottery website. Prizes of more than $25,000 must be claimed through Lottery headquarters, either in person or by mail. Lottery headquarters is in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Boulevard, Suite 330, in Baltimore. An appointment is required to claim in person (no walk-ins). The appointment scheduling page shows all available appointment times.
