Monday night was lucky for two Maryland Lottery players as a $158,107 FAST PLAY winning ticket was sold in Clarksburg and a Powerball ticket sold in Greenbelt hit for a $50,000 third-tier prize.
The $158,107 winner was on the $5 FAST PLAY Chili Pepper Payout progressive jackpot game. The hot ticket was sold at the Harris Teeter at 22700 Sweet Shrub Drive in Clarksburg. The Montgomery County retailer receives a $1,000 bonus. This is the fourth winner on the game, and another 15 progressive jackpots remain. The game reset to $40,000 and grows a bit each time a non-jackpot winner is sold.
The third-tier Powerball winner was sold at the American Legion Greenbelt Post 136 at 6900 Greenbelt Road in Prince George’s County.
The winning numbers for the Feb. 16 Powerball drawing are: 16, 18, 19, 56, 58 and a Powerball of 6. The Greenbelt winner matched four of the first five numbers drawn as well as the Powerball for the $50,000 prize.
The Powerball jackpot for the drawing tomorrow night (Feb. 18) has an estimated annuity value of $169 million with an estimated one-time payment option of $79.2 million.
